I have tried to use my reference number that I received when I booked the tickets (in October), my new reference number that I got when I paid the balance, my registration number, my cellphone number, my mum's social security number, the lottery lucky numbers.... but it just keeps displaying the same error message.
wtf? how am I supposed to book coach tickets?

PM me your info and I'll have a look
I didn't think you'd be going by coach...might actually be a great pain to do so, especially catching flights

only to understand what Sparky meant. I didn't know that I can only choose between pre-defined combinations of coaches. Who has thought of that terrific idea?? So what I can choose from is:
- either a coach that leaves an hour after I arrive at Heathrow (which is fine if the coach leaves from Heathrow but it doesn't it leaves from Westminster!!) together with a coach that cannot get me on time for my Monday flight (leaves at 13:00 when my flight is at 16:30)
- or a coach that leaves before I arrive at Heathrow (quite helpful) but a return coach that can get me on time !!!
hmmm.. I seem to have difficulties deciding
wtf?
I'll try the nat express site directly.

frankly, with my daughter and my gear I think not. But to be honest I have not thought about it. I'd have to take the underground to central London, then take the train is that right? and then is there a shuttle?
will have to check that.

Yes, underground to central London, Paddington station to be precise, Piccadilly line then District line, so one change, easiest across the platform at Earls Court if my memory serves me correctly. Paddington special service to Castle Cary, from whence shuttle service (free) to site. Might be easier than the bus in some respects, as a lot more choice of times. Also possible to get the bus from Heathrow to Reading (rail-air link) then get on the Castle Cary train at Reading.

Now, the reading link is a very easy option, you'd pick up the same train at Reading as you would at paddington
I've done train before, it's doable, but you need to think of tent coming back this year

this is funny.... I get the following error "Rule Violation: Outbound timetables not available beyond: 9-Jun-2010/4:46:17-5:00 at 7000061"
a Greek guy wanting to plan too much ahead and the British system that cannot keep up with it
